Two Roots Brewing Company is based in San Diego but also has a location in Las Vegas. At that Las Vegas facility it will produce an alcohol-free marijuana-infused ‘beer.’ By the end of August, marijuana enthusiasts will be able to purchase the new beverage.

Each beer is expected to cost $5, the Las Vegas Sun reports. Five options will be available including blonde ale, wheat, lager, stout and a West IPA. Dispensaries in Reno and Las Vegas have sampled the beverages.

President of Cannabiniers, the parent company of Two Roots, Tim Walters said, “Our ultimate goal is normalizing the consumption of cannabis-infused products. Beer holds a widely accepted and even celebrated place in society.”

Marijuana infused tea, chocolate beverages and coffees were released by Cannabiniers in 2017.
